Theory Session (Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes)

During this comprehensive theory session, you will acquire a solid understanding of the key principles and concepts essential to successful freediving. Our instructors will guide you through the following topics:

  • Freediving Disciplines: Freediving encompasses a multitude of disciplines, each reflecting unique approaches to being in the water and mastering the art of breath-holding.

  • Freediving Equipment: Familiarize yourself with the essential gear used in freediving, such as masks, snorkels, fins, wetsuits, and weight systems. Understand how each component contributes to your comfort and performance in the water.

Water Session (Duration: 2 hours)

Once equipped with the foundational knowledge from the theory session, it's time to put your skills to the test in the water. Led by our instructors, you will participate in a thrilling two-hour water session, where you will experience the joy of freediving firsthand. The water session encompasses the following:

  • Practical Skills Development: Practice breath-holding techniques, proper finning, and body positioning for efficient underwater movement. Enhance your ability to maintain buoyancy and streamline your body to conserve energy.

  • Equalization Practice: Apply the equalization techniques you learned during the theory session in a real-world scenario. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance to help you master this crucial skill.

  • Maximum Depth Exploration: The challenge as you descend to a maximum depth of 12 meters (approximately 40 feet). Experience the tranquility and beauty of the underwater world while pushing your personal boundaries in a safe and controlled environment.
