Refunds Policy

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for refunds:

All activities listed on apneaphiphi.com originate and conclude at Phi Phi Island. It is the responsibility of participants to arrange their own transportation to and from the island, as hotel pickups from Phuket/Krabi are not available. Please plan accordingly and arrange for your own means of transportation.
Overnight stays may be required for certain activities, as the last transport from Phi Phi Island typically departs around 3 PM, depending on your destination after the activity. It is recommended that you conduct your own research to ensure your availability for the activity.
Please note that activity schedules are subject to change based on weather, wind, and sea conditions.
In the event of cloudy weather or light rain, if the activity is still proceeding as planned and you are unable to reschedule, refunds cannot be processed.
If weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for the activity to take place, you will have the option to reschedule to a different date or receive a full refund.
Rescheduling your booking to an alternative date is free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, a 50% refund can be provided if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received within 48 hours before the start time.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any booking that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
